During the nine years since Tom Petty passed away, Mike Campbell -- his guitarist and wing man in the Heartbreakers -- has applied himself to a new band. Campbell actually formed the Dirty Knob around 2000, but since 2020 he's released four albums with the group, including last month`s "Mission of Mercy," and views it as his main concern now even as he continues to honor his legacy with Petty. Campbell and company bring their "Mission" to town on Saturday, July 11 at the Northfield Park ERacino.
