Vedanta demerger: Four entities to list on June 15; what shareholders need to know

In their notices and circulars, both BSE and NSE stated on Thursday, that the four demerged arms, namely, Vedanta Oil and Gas Limited, Vedanta Power Limited, Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited, and Vedanta Iron And Steel Limited, shall be listed on June 15, 2026.
