Victim of fatal downtown Toronto shooting identified, as murder charge announced against New Tecumseth, Ont. man

A 25-year-old man from New Tecumseth, Ont. has been charged with murder after a woman was found shot in a downtown Toronto apartment building on Saturday and later died.
