<p>A woman was found fatally stabbed in her neck early Sunday in Albany Park, Chicago police said.</p><p>She was found inside a home in the 4800 block of North Avers Avenue at around 1:45 a.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.</p><p>No additional details were reported.<br></p>
